There is a Transfer Fee of $150.00 when a property is sold. For closing, the title company will need the following information:
- TREC Form 37.5 – Subdivision Information, Including Resale Certificate for Property Subject to Mandatory Membership in a Property Owners’ Association.
- Bylaws/Rules (Look for the link on our Property Owners page)
- Covenants and Restrictions for Cypress Point Subdivision (PDF available here)
- 1st and 2nd Amendments to Covenants and Restrictions (PDF available here)
- Association Budget
- Certificate of Liability Insurance
- Current Balance Sheet
Please email the request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please let us know which title company will be handling the transaction. The request will be handled promptly for your client. We work closely with Independence Title here in Wimberley. If you are using someone else, we will need to know the name of the closing agent and title company.
